Clint has extensive experience in technology assessments, organizational realignment, process improvement, team building, management auditing and strategic planning.
Prior to founding Insight in 1995, Clint was the senior partner of the Kansas City division of Ernst & Young's information technology practice, which grew from 12 consultants to 30 under his guidance. He also served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for UtiliCorp United (now part of Kansas City Power & Light) when it was a $1.6 billion energy company. In that role, he led a team of 150 information technology specialists.
Clint has instructed courses for Ernst & Young, the Kansas and Missouri Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the Data Processing Management Association (DPMA). Clint served on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County Historical Society and is an alumnus of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurion Leadership development program.
