As a consulting partner with Touche Ross & Co., he held national and regional leadership positions. He has also held senior leadership positions in higher education and with privately held companies in the insurance and marketing services industries. He specializes in strategic analysis and planning, business process analysis, and profitability and performance improvement; with a focus on entrepreneurs and mid-scale companies, professional services and business-to-business services enterprises.

Clinton W. Shrout has over twenty-five years of business and consulting experience, including positions as the senior partner of the Kansas City information technology practice of Ernst & Young, and as CIO of an international utility company headquartered in Kansas City. He has extensive experience in strategic technology planning, telecommunication network configuration, computing environment selection and migration planning, business application definition and implementation, decision support systems, office automation, organization restructuring and team building, and management auditing.

Eric Ronning has 20 years experience with business process design, system architecture and data warehousing. Eric has provided leadership in mission-critical initiatives for a broad range of clients including health insurance carriers, software firms, financial service organizations, professional service firms and government agencies. He has assisted these clients with system planning, business information strategy, architecture selection and project management.

Donald W. (Don) Feltham, CCP has over twenty-five years of human resources consulting experience, including Principal/Partner positions with several regional and national firms. He is the leader of the Human Capital practice for IMCG. The Human Capital practice addresses the range of interactions and the impact the organization has with employees. Mr. Feltham's consulting focuses on a broad range of compensation and total rewards issues. He is a past-President of the Human Resources Management Association of Greater Kansas City. He holds certification as a Certified Compensation Professional with WorldatWork since 1991. He is a Board member and officer of the Kansas City Compensation & Benefits Association. He is a frequent speaker to professional and business groups on matters of total rewards, compensation and organizational effectiveness.

Theodore P. (Ted) Richmond , SPHR has 26 years of professional experience providing staffing and recruiting solutions for a wide range of organizations as both corporate staffing leader and retainer based Executive Search consultant. Positions held include President of his own search firm, Director Executive Search Services with a Financial Services/Insurance company, Staffing Leader for a Diversified Energy corporation, Vice President Staffing for a large Banking institution, and Recruiter for a large Engineering and Aerospace firm. He specializes in acquiring critical, hard to find talent for organizations utilizing an array of search techniques ranging from simple networking with competitor organizations to sophisticated strategies involving e-recruiting, research, university and association sources, and multi-phased tactics designed to develop candidates unavailable by standard recruiting and advertising efforts.
